What is wrong with yours or why are you trying a new one instead of rebuilding it? But I never tried it although most people I know get picket but sometimes not. So it's all a chance

I've had decent success with these cheap Chinese carbs on my Honda 200s..

I've had a couple occasions to use them.

Can't see why it wouldn't solve your issue..wouldn't expect great things from them long term though.

No personal experience with the 225 in particular, but every other machine I've used knock off carbs on I've had great success.

I've had a ton of carb problems for some reason. Mostly two strokes problems. I only buy new Kiehin coarbs now and they are worth every penny IMO

Because with a two stroke a bad carb can not only mean it runs poorly but it can also spell mechanical disaster, I couldn't agree more.

But in the case of these old 4strokes the results aren't as serious, the cheap and easy to find alternative is fine!
