I would just stretch the frame instead of bending it to change the rake. I stretched mine 2 1-2" to fit the 140 in it.

You might be strong as an ox, but without a cart you are just a big dumb animal.
are you sure the 70 frame will handle a 190cc motor, there is the option of using a 90 or 110 frame as well and putting 70 wheels on it. I know there is a 70 out there with a 250r motor in it but I seem to remember he did a ton of mods to the frame to brace it for the torque as well. Anyway if you do decide to use a 70 frame and change the rake document it and take lots of pics so others can see what improvements and things you could change to improve.
rectum nothin damn near killed them

Yeah, some vids on here from Austalia with tiny trikes and huge horsepower.
I should try to find that again.
here is the best way to gain clearance ,, +3 frame stretch,, it is sleeved 3 inches on bothsides inside for great strength ,, PM for details I have several different sizes in stock.

You still have the 70 sleeves
Ramp it about 20 feet and the engine will eather fit real good or you will need new forks
