my 1989 blaster with 2002 motor in excelent shape for a 1985 atc 200x in great shape

Welcome Brennan!..."great shape" is a very relative term when it comes to atc's and atv's. Do you have pics of either or both?
One good idea would be to check craigslist in your area to see if you can get a price range for bikes that are in compareable condition to the ones being considered for trade.
As much as I love the 200x, my initial thought is that the value on your blaster is likely higher than the X.

Blasters are a dime a dozen. Definitely keep that in mind.

maybe i should have said thier about equal in condition i do have pics but cant post them from the computer. im going to look at the 200x on thursday.

I obviously can't speak for your location specifically but around here an older blaster and a 200x go for about the same on average so if you want the 200x I'd say go for it.

Maybe we're spoiled but there are nice 200x' for 400-800 every day of the week here. Blasters in good shape tend to go for 1000 and up. Just my experience.
