Those 200 starters are easy to fix at least. I have rebuilt a few. Take it apart, clean thoroughly, lubricate, and put in a new set of brushes if they are getting worn down. I have seen a few with the front bushing worn badly, probably from getting dragged by the engine due to a sticking starter clutch, but most of the time there isn't much wear in them and they are fixable.
