    best tires?

    what are the best tires and size for trails? the trails have water, mud, rocks, roots, and hill climbs there are some wide and some narrow parts...
    what do you think would be the best tire and in what size

    Tough to be the ol trusty Wooly boogers on a utility 3 wheeler.I've climbed many hill and crossed many mud holes with them.

    Depends on what the tires are going on. I had itp mudlites on my big red and they were alright but I sold them to my buddy and put kenda bear claw's on it now with just the stock knobby in the front and I love em so far haven't had them in the thick mud yet because I got them this fall but they go much better in the rocks, snow, and gravel than the mudlites did.

    sorry i meant to say that there for my 1985 atc 200x.... what size are they?

    I have 25x12x9 carlisle trail wolf tires on my big red. They are ok. most of my riding is in sand , mud , and some pavement going from trail to trail.

    Your stock rears would have been 22x11x8..

    Mud lites are a well balanced tire on the sport trikes, I have a pair on my 350X.

    I purchased these tires from a fellow on ebay in tenn,runs sales all the time .Been real happy in my woods,getting fire wood and pulling thru creeks and rocksClick image for larger version.
