i have a honda 200 cylmer manual it has the diagrams for all the honda 200 atc's and the only one with a 6 pin is the 85 200m, i guess ill throw another harness out and spend another 40 on another, this sucks, im loosing my appeal to these old bikes fast!
Ah yes, five pins.. Sorry i typo'd on my last post i meant to say the 200M has five not four.. You threw me off when you said six!
You can make the five wire regulator work on the earlier years, just don't use the black wire. The yellows are the AC input, the red is the battery charging output, which on the 83 would be the DC for the lights and battery charging and the green is the ground.
