    Tri Z/Trike jetting for winter?

I have a 85 Tri z rebuilt the engine this summer the engine does have some mods done like shaved head, polished exhaust port, pipe /silencer, reeds I'm running the stock carb with the stock jets 470 main/45 pilot and the plug is a nice tan/brown in the summer but now with winter here I think I have to rejet the main I'm thinking bump it up to 480? I got a 84 250r with minor mods pretty much stock and from summer to winter I can hear it running a tad on the lean side and I just turn the air screw 1/4-3/4 richer then back in the summer been running it like that for a few years now without a problem. What do you guys jet your trikes at in the winter?

My z runs a little on the rich side in summer, a bit leaner in winter but the plug still looks good so i just run it. Stock with a dg pipe, stock airbox with uni filter. Sorry don't remember what size jet, but i think it's different from 85 to 86 anyways. Where are you at in wisconsin?
