hard to tell but that looks like what is up. I have a kit from the 30's that does this. Unfortunately the only way it would work on a 1 cylinder engine is to keep pulling or kicking it over. that would get tiring fast. Mine shows it being used on cars and farm equipment. You pull 1 plug, thread in the adapter and hook up to tire. then run the engine to air up the tire. the adapter has a little 1 way valve in it. don't like the idea of fuel vapor in the tire but when you are stranded it can save your butt.
