84 200M fix up costs
Just some pics of progress on the 200M we picked up.
Paid 150$
Installed:
Used rear tires/rims -35
Rear fenders - 225
New carb -21
Choke cable- 15
Clutch cover -15
Tractor headlight-19
Seat cover - 29
Plug- 5
Grab bar -22
Misc cleaners -40
Title & reg -48
474$ + 150$ = 624$
Still need to buy:
New rear tires (100-200$)
Cargo rack. (80)
Trunk lid. (35)
Headlight (55-85)
Brake lever (10)
Ignition key (20)
The fenders were the huge ticket item so be aware of that item when your looking.
We got lucky with a great runner so no money into the engine but small items are adding up.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the project, kids are building experience and not on Xbox, were haveing fun!

Great job. I'm all for keeping the kids involved with outdoors projects. My daughter is 26 months old now and she loves to be doing things with Daddy outside when the weather is good. I sure hope it stays that way, I'm already in the process of building her a 70. I can't wait till this summer so she can "help" or get in the way. Lol. Keep up the good work.

19 dollar "tractor" headlight vs. 55-85 dollar oem headlight,,, keep the tractor one, darn nice retro fit IMO !
Looking good ! john

Lookin good! Amazing how those cost keep creeping up but the trikes are really still quite affordable when you compare to other motor sports. Keep up the good work!
