They will not fit. Honda changed almost everything from the first to second gen 200x's. There are less than 5 minor parts that carry over

people have made them fit. I made 300ex fenders fit once too. Its just easier if you buy the correct fenders so the seats fit nice. maier makes new plastic everyday for these bikes.
