85 atc 250r what kind of pipe is this?

Bought this pipe at the beginning of last summer. Really good shape no dents or holes. Got it for 25 dollars. Like the look of sectional pipes. Any idea what it could be? There are a few on ebay that look just like it but doesnt say what kind they are.

does it seem like its home made? your picture isn't very clear, kind of blurry to me but from what I am seeing it looks like the welds on the bottom side portion of the pipe are taller than they should be, may just be my eye sight

Looks like either a powder coated black CT or bills pipe to me.

That is a bills... Same pipe I have on my R. Yours looks mounted lower than mine. When I first installed mine it was like that, I adjusted it to sit how I like it.

Yeah the pipe is powdercoated. I do all my own PC so I went that way instead of paint. I like the swingarm on yours id like to have one. Or a west coast. Always thought about getting a beat up swingarm off ebay cheap and building my own 2 inch extended tube swingarm. I think with enough time and thought put into it I could do it.

i'd say you did great for 25$.... Mine cost a lot more then that. I love the look of the tubular swingarms also. Westcoasts are cool, but you see a lot more of them then you do a swingarm like this one. They look plain with stock swingarms.
