Thats why I'm waiting until spring until I start painting everything on mine. My garage isnt 24/7 heated but with the furnace and the turbo heater it will get around 60. And I have to blast outside so spring is nice for that as well. Black diamond, great stuff! I have been using HPA 80 lately and it is more expensive but the results are fantastic. It's main use if for sand in a waterjet so it is very fine but still cuts like a hot knife through butter

+1 here----the difference in handling between 22s and 20s is pretty drastic on the 200x. I'm actually going to run 18s and taller gearing on the X I'm building now.

You ordered the wrong front fender! That one is for an 86-87 X and will not bolt up unless you're running that front end.
If you want that skinny fender look, the 85-86 250r fender bolts right up.

Definitely not the same bolt pattern, and I'm not sure if you can drill holes in the right locations because of the shape of the fender

A Honda 86-87 fender will not bolt up, just like rg97 says, and shows

However the Maier 86-87 fender does not come predrilled, just like lokisbuddy says

    It has been done.

But really instead of doing guesswork for drilling that may not be easily compatible, you're better off returning the one you have (unless you cant return it then ignore this) getting a 85-86 R fender. They look pretty much the same. just my honest opinion.
In white this is what they look like.

The R fender DOES look really nice on them. However, it looks like Loki has a good handle on the technical work....nothing wrong with being different! I'm looking forward to seeing it work!!
