You have to completely tear down the motor. Meaning you have to pull the top end, pull the crankcase covers off and then split the cases. Here is a manual that has step by step instructions with pictures. Its not a bad job if you know what your doing. Im 15 and I did it, its easy. This site also has alot of other manuals. Hope this helps.

If you have the parts and you have the manual next to you it will take about a day for a slow mechanic to get the engine out of the frame, tear it down, and assemble it and put it in the trike.

tri again: Yes you need to split the cases. Why would I be joking about that? Its not that bad the manual shows how to do it and its fun to learn and what not.

The first set of cases I ever split were on a CL125 Honda (basically same bottom end as a 200X), they are fairly easy, you just need an impact driver for the phillips screws, a spanner socket for the crank nut, and some patience.
