85 250r HOT RODS +4 Stroker Crank or just long rod?

I picked up a motor yesterday off of an 85 250r. Had a spacer plate below the cylinder. Crank rod says hot rods and c.k. 109. Is there any way to tell if this is just a long rod or if it is a +4? The cylinder has quite a bit of port work. and it has a pro x piston that says hm25084 on the inside and 125 stamped on top. Looks to be an 85-86 style piston. Also has a cool head. Any info would help me out a ton. Thanks!

sure, one way is to simply

put a coat hanger in the spark plug hole.

rotate engine untilo its at bottom.

    mark the rod.

rotate engine until its at the top, you can use the T timing mark for this.

    mark the the hanger.

    measure the distance.
