Yes, as far as trophies, plaques, medals,,,, ALL have been very nice so IMO just surprise us. Everyone has been delighted in the past with all that you do to organize this event.

Ok I have ordered trophies! First place trophies will be 2 feet tall!
T shirts should be ready any day for pick up any day now. So I am ahead of the game and ready for this event.
We need to start planning for the lunch. Lloyd always brought us hot dogs but he doesn't feel up for the journey this time so I will bring some. I don't think that they will compare to the ones Floyd brought but I'll try. I'll need to get with Shannon and Ross to see if they will bring the burgers again. How about the grill?? I can bring mine from home, it's a large one??

I think a larger grill is in order Rich. I will still bring our 2 tail gater grills. Mark us down for paper products, plastic fork/spoon/knives.

Anybody know where the "camping " area is ??? Nothing to be found on Bundys website about it.

The camping area is where the circle track was our first year. I peeked at it the last time I was there it looks good. They have a large community firepit and some picnic tables but not much else.

What do you guys say to just have our gathering in the camping area? That way I won't have to move my trailer at the end of the day down to the camping area. I kind of have mixed feelings on this decision so input from y'all is appreciated. On one hand it will be nice to not move my trailer and everything, but I like the exposure that we get up in the main lot. What's everyone else think??
As far as what time the trail riding starts? There really is no set time. The park opens at 8am and as people filter in they group up and take off. If you miss one group another usually forms up quickly or you can just start riding around until you spot someone! Don't forget when you are out riding around that we have hidden some stuff for you to find to bring back to us for prizes! Speaking of prizes.... Don't forget to bring an item or more for the prize table! New or usable parts are a great idea, or something for the trails. It doesn't have to be expensive. Mystery prizes that are boxed so you don't know what's in them is always fun!
