Thread: no spark

    no spark

    I have a 200x with a 200s motor in it. I took it out to do the top end gaskets and now i put it back in and got it all bolted up but Im not sure exactly witch wired go where because the colors don't match up. And i was wondering if anyone out there with an autox might be able to help. Its the cdi wires and the alternator wires.

    the alternator wires are,one yellow(to lighting),one green(to ground)one black and red(to cdi controll box.)
    my 200s has one green wire from pulser coil to cdi box and one blue and yellow from pulser coil to cdi box.
    i found a service manual on here,search around and if you cant find it i can email you it.
    im not a pro on these so could be wrong.

    Ya those are the ones off the motor but Idk where to plug them in on the harness. I have a green wire a black wire with a white stripe a blue wire with a white stripe and a yellow wire that are coming off the harness.
