I like your plans for the bike. The RD's were the only alternative to the ATC 90 back in the day.
    Definitely go Old School.

Here are some engine pic's I couldn't get them to upload through a PM. I also have the dash if you want to use it for a tach.

I put my 90 fork on and mounted the tires front and rear but don't like how it sits. I can post some pics tomorrow.
The PO put a 250r shock in the frame, not sure if he ran it this way but think its too long, can anyone tell me what a standard length shock would be for this frame?
    Thanks
    DL

I'm still moving ahead with this, manbearpig gave me a lead on a nearly complete machine although very rough shape, i have 2 frames and 2 motors, LOL. I had frame #2 sand blasted and need to fab a couple things, currently pulling rear axle apart to replace bearings. I want to get motor rebuilt but been holding off till I get a little further along.

Your going to need to fab up a starter "Handle". Starting this thing with your right arm sounds bad, but it actually works and is a lot easier than you would think. I built one of these back in the 80's. It was a blast to ride but required a lot of service in between rides. Street bike 2 stokes are designed a bit different than ones intended to run in the sand and it takes its toll on them.
