That first add is a kawasaki klt 250 model:250A
and the second one is a a yamaha tri-z 250 (ytz 250) with a 3x4 conversion which looks to be oem but I'm not sure
that kawasaki seems to be a good price if you were close and they are pretty speedy for a utility machine since kawasaki used a street bike engine with a manual clutch
