2 for 1 exhaust identification needed

Up 1st....For the 2 stroke fans. this is off my 82 250R. I know the silencer is after market (what brand I have no clue) but what about the head pipe? No mount for the front heat shield. The rear shield mount looks like it could have been "fabbed" on with no mount for the front of the shield.

And for the daily double...This one came off a 250sx I'm parting out. Looks like it might be 2 mufflers scabbed into 1? Not a very clean weld I might add. Had someone inquire about this one but I had no idea what to tell them it is. Thankful for any insight on either exhaust systems.

So what's the features that make it a Bill's pipe? Not doubting you just would like to know how to identify different brands for future reference.

About 2 articles down is "pipe dreams" 1 and 2.
The bills looks a lot like the bassani with the nice divergent cone, bills were set up for the back heat shield only and bassani was set up for the front shield only.

Looking at the article the Bills has the front shield and no rear shield?

Insert foot in mouth! Yep your right. I always get bills mixed up with kerker, don't know why. I'm certainly no expert just trying to help ya get the ball rolling. We're getting closer though…

The silencer is definitely a kerker. I have the same silencer on my 81. I have no clue on the head pipe. Click image for larger version.
