I don't see any taper on that... doesn't look stock, at least. I had an '83, and that's definitely not an '83 swingarm... so I am of limited help.

Thats a 200x axle all right and a first gen 84-85 swinger, but like someone said, not stock. Looks lie a durablue due to the posi-lock not on the brake side. I cant tell by the pics but it may be extended, who knows +2,+4,+6. My best guess is +2.
The one swinger design on the 83 bikes only lasted one year. Not a good design anyways.
