honda 200x transmission or clutch? what died on mine any help is nice

i have a 1985 200x with a 200s engine mounted in it the other day i was hitting trails running it pretty hard and it was fine then after a run i parked it for a min. i let someone els ride it and they were in 4th gear going like 5 mph for like 15/20 min i got back on it and it felt like a brake was locked. in first gear didnt really want to move i adjusted the clutch nothing same thing but in nutural it roles fine.I decided to just run it, had little power and felt jerky (almost like a brake being applyed then not) let it sit for a min then tryed it again ran perfect for about 1/8 mile then bam the jerk came back and little power does it sound like the clutch is toasted or is it time for crankcase seals im new to centrifugal clutchs its not the brakes and the engine is trying hard to move it

Sounds like he glazed the clutch fibers. You can probably scuff them lightly with emery cloth and fix
Them. Might as well replace them since you are in there.
