seen something like this with the big rear rack somewhere on here before IIRC. I would say a Taurus/Argo Trike with no rear Fenders/Plastics but the word Rockwell can be faintly seen on the engine in the first pic so likely a JLO Engine while the Taurus/Argo had a B&S Engine?
