    ATC 250R 1982 Carb question

    I've just bought a ATC 200x 1985 with TB06E Engine conversion.

    The engine is running but idle is rough and looking to run rich.

    My question is to know if I have the OEM carb? 23D[A]UC2 KEIHIN is written on it, but I found nothing about it. I look in the service manuel to ajust the carb to the OEM Fact but still running rough at iddling

    but the triker running well at high speed.

    I've finally find something the part #14 on the picture below is missing in my carb and the part is OBSOLETE everywere did you guys can help me thanks!
