I need 85 Honda 200s Decompression parts?!

I was able to get my hands on the decompression cable and everything I needed on the right side of the motor but I need everything on and in the starter recoil from the rubber boot on top to the ring and metal sleeve inside, I think thats all thats involved. Does anyone have these parts and willing to sell?? Ive been watching ebay but I either have the parts listed or people are asking a ridiculous amount of $$$.
