Billy, I have an intense love for your machines. They are so ugly and nasty that I just get hysterical and need to change me undies every time I see them!!!

Love how you did this film too. It came out spectacular!

And I agree with Bren,, just need to work in some slow motion kick start action with a big plume of premix smoke coming out, then a quick bark before a good slow-mo launch in the same filter as the video right at the end. TJATS how porn should be done! As it is, you've just teased us! Lol
too many bikes to count. too little time on hand.

I have found it very hard to sit down and put together a really lengthy video with a lot of different cuts in it, but its easier and more fun to bang out something 3-4 minutes in length. Perhaps I'll end up stringing several smaller videos together into one more full length feature type thing eventually.

I completely understand what you mean there. I make YouTube videos (not very good ones but they're there) and haaaate trimming and splicing ride footage and stuff. It's so tedious and aggravating

Finding where to put it was the dangerous part, I settled on that as being the lesser of several evils for a location...

Looks great Billy. Like the others I love the "raw" look of the trike. I'm no videographer by a long shot but as viewer 1 thing stood out for me that "I" would've liked to have seen.
Just a glimpse or a silhouette of the whole trike. This was almost like a teaser commercial put out by a car manufacturer showing you features of a new model without revealing it's overall look leaving you longing for that complete image. (I'm longing for that image!) So maybe that's the hook or appeal to the vid. No overall image, no start up, no action, no narration, just raw footage. Leaves everyone in anticipation for more. (Atleast me anyway) Thanks for sharing!!!

I know most of you guys have seen this already, but I was just re-watching it again myself, and this really is one of the favorite little video/movie things I've made I think....

Seen the video several times now, you certainly captured a collage that invokes an ominous feeling! The focus-in-too-far-then-back-out effects are awesome. I wouldn't have the first clue how to make a video of that caliber.

One question though...what are you using for a camera "dolly? cart? car? hell i dont know what its called, for the slow rolling style pan shots? It's a tad bit grabby, like the bearings are bad on that old skateboard i'd probably be using. Unless its my computer, or my eyes.

Beautiful work on the video! Also, not a two stroke fan, but I freakin dig that bike. It's a bad mamma jamma.

Yup, thats what they call a camera "Slider". basically a track and dolly. The very expensive ones are glass smooth but are 4 digits for 2-3 ft worth. I bought a Korean unit for a few hundred and it works pretty good, although certainly not perfect. Most of it is practice in learning to move the dolly smoothly across the track as its not motorized or anything. The underside of the bike clip is the jumpiest and I really did not want to use it, but I sort of ran out of footage and needed somethign to go in that spot on the video, so I ended up putting it there. The neat thing is you can put the dolly on a tripod and angle it and put it at funky places (Like how I followed the same angle as the forks down from the bars to the front tire), and also the "fly in" towards the swingarm and chain.
