    Just measured the new rims.

    The center hole is 3-1/2" in diameter.

    The flat mounting surface is 6-1/2" in diameter.

    I'm positive in these measurements.

    and barnett has a great point, you may have bent the wheel if you tightened real tight, but i doubt it, generally these stamped hubs will flex first. Hub swap is a much better option than any type of spacer though.

    yes, 3 1/2 rim id. would work. i have not seen a tape measure that measures in 12th's, where did you get it?
