    Another option is to use the tube that leads to the air box as a plenum, it gets the air cleaner out into some space.

    A straight uni sponge pod does work alone, it just sits a little cockeyed in there against the frame.

    Keep in mind that you can twist the angled one too so it goes off to the side if need be. You can also put some bailing wire on it to pull it up a little if need be. not too pretty but sometimes function must come before beauty.

    Thanks but so do I lol. I've been stashing parts along with a complete parts bike. I actually plan on keeping this one and letting my brother use it when I eventually buy a 250r/tecate/tri-z. Only thing I didn't have was a air box because I took that off the parts bike and I broke it jumping the bike but I just ordered the pod filter.
