I have a ESR 330 cylinder on my 86 ATC with TRX 9 porting, 39mm carb and run a full air box without the lid, ESR pipe. It has alot of toque for all around. I have 2 seasons on it and no problems I also run 50/50 race gas 110 VP fuel. Just make sure you have the cylinders machining all checked to make sure everything lines up good with your bottom end and gt the full 330 kit then bore your cases.

    Hey Pantera,
I have the same cyl. and carb set up that you do. Does it run on the hot side- or at least hotter than you would like to see. I put a temp gage on mine after I did the 330 and it settles in around 225 deg. That seems a bit warm to me, but I didn't have a temp guage on my stock set up to compare it to.

I have a Vapor trail tech set up on and riding around my 2/3 acre lot in town it does heat up to 210 then I quit riding but out on the trails it stays 180-200 range depending on the speed.
