Can anyone assist in the identification of my KLT200A?

Hi guys, I have recently commenced the strip down of my KLT200A and while searching on ebay for the appropriate manual to buy to assist in the rebuild, I noticed that the KLT came out with some different designations. The sticker on the steering head of my trike says its a KLT200A, my problem is that some of the manuals on ebay say that they are for a KLT200A1 or A2 etc. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this subject for me so that I don't go buying the wrong manual and also so that I know definitely exactly which variant I have.

The number stamped on the frame is J K A L I N A 1 X D B 5 3 2 0 5 9. I noticed that the frame number contains ( A 1) does anyone know if this is an indication of the exact model?

The previous owner didn't know the year and had no owners manual, and I have not had any luck with finding model information on google.

Any help here will be greatly appreciated.

10th digit of the VIN is the year, D=1983.
1983 is an A4.
