    Smoked piston on 85 triz

    Looking for a good brand and price on top end for my new purchase 85 triz I was planning on Wiseco from Rocky Mountain unless someone recommends something diff

    Leaner is meaner...looks like maybe to mean... I have had good luck with that brand, had my z's for 19yrs now.You may want to rethink your two stoke oil and or ratio....yamalube r at 32:1 . smokes a little at idle but holds up to high rpm well.good luck...

    Wiseco works, make sure you measure your bore or take it to your machine shop and have them do it an tell you what you need to order per next bore size!

    I have a wiseco in mine make sure you use a wiseco gasket set or cometic when putting it together they seal easily, I fought with the all metal type for awhile and bought a cometic set with instant sealing
    rectum nothin damn near killed them

    you can get your manual here, http://www.oscarmayer.net/atc/manuals/ is the same manual I got with my z when I bought it from the p.o.
