wheeler stopped running?

So I was out for a ride, honda 200s 3 wheeler. Ran good as always, stopped to talk with someone and it stopped running. I can't get it to start again. Have it in my garage now, in the dark I can see that the spark plug has spark, is it good enough I don't know. As long as I have spark I guess. Where do I go from there, gas? How do I know if its getting gas? I guess the plug would be wet or smell? Should I pull the carb off and clean it? This machine is rather on the poor side, I got it for free and its not worth putting much into. But if I can get it going for cheap great. Thanks.

You could pull the air filter and prime the carb with a squirt of gas or starting fluid. If it fires up and then stops its not getting gas through the carb. Check the fuel tank petcock and clean the carb.
