    Nicely done!

I really like my 200E bike, it is very comfortable to ride. If you do the 200E look at a Yamaha BW200 swingarm, works great.
One small problem I see is with the square profile tires these days they are not optimal for bikes, they just don't like to roll into the turns as easily but it's something you get used to in about ten minutes of riding. It helps to over inflate the tires for a little more crown.

Did you ever get it to run right? I usually make a motor run great before I put all that work in to it. Should have your helmet on at all times, especially being pulled by a truck. You almost went down. I like the bike. Sure would like to see it run for longer than a few seconds though!
