Atc 200 bogs over half throttle

I just bought a atc 200 and it fires right up and idles great untill you get about half throttle and then it just bogs down and will die if you don't let off it will rev up in netural but not any gear any ideas? I've cleaned the carb 3 times and set the timing it will also run good if the choke is on but won't idle

Have you adjusted the valves? Try with them, they'll make a huge difference in performance, especially if someone fiddled with them before.

Clean carb & clean carb also try lifting airbox cover if removing cover helps you gotta clear obstruction up in the backbone I had dirt dauber nest took a manual choke cable and air blower with copper tube attached to finally get it cleared helps to take off rear fender to do this good luck
