    basic tire / rim question

I should know this but I don't, but I think I do but I could be wrong... lol any how.
my rear wheels are 8", they are from a Blaster.. right now I have 18-10x8 tires on them, I love them, they are the IPT Hole shots.
but, they are just too small compared to the front tire which is a 24-8x12 from a Tri-Z!

So, would a 22-11x8 tire fit my rear rims? I think the rims are actually are 8x8...

I was also thinking of just getting like a 20" or 21" -8x12 tire for the front end but heck if I can find one! I don't think they are made at all...

    1st # is height,
    2nd # is width
    3rd # is rim diameter

So,yes a 22/11/8 will go right on your 8 inch rims.
Please help those who cannot help themselves.

cool..its what I figured, I just wasn't sure that an 11" wide tire would stretch over an 8" rim but I figured if a 10" could, why not 11" ...lol thanks!

FWIW - 10s 11s and 12s all seem to work OK on an 8" wide rim although I thought I notice some tire manufacturers (Sand Tires Unlimited?) specify a wider rim for some of their tires.
