You have basically two different styles of "shock" front suspension for the ATC90/110.
The PCCC , BAPP and other mfg's used front shock tubes from various motor cycles. They are fairly easy to find. They would work on several models of ATC's.

The other style of "Shock" front is the "Springer" or "Rutt" as some like to call it. It is a little harder to come by and definitely more expensive. They were made by various builders from mostly stock front forks modified to work with "rear" motor cycle shocks.

I'm sure if you put the word out on here you are looking someone will answer your call. You may also keep an eye on Ebay.

Search bapp on here. You'll turn up loads of good info. That's the one your looking at.

For the springer style I wonder how hard it would be to modify a klt front end to fit. It's the same style.

I wouldn't recommend swapping to a set of 200es forks. I can tell you from personal experience that they are poorly designed, prone to failure, and are heavy. To say they suck would be a massive understatement.

No need to redesign the 200es forks to be useable... they will work fine as a boat anchor "as is". Best to replace them with the front end from a 200m, which has actual hydraulic forks, not mere pogo sticks.
