How do you get your trike up?

Okay so I was browsing here on the form and I saw someone had a trike up on what looked liked to be a motorcycle lift. Now my question is how stable are the trikes on those? I have seen guys using work benches and all sorts of thing to get there trike up in the air to work on. What do you guys and gals think works best and worst.

I stick a cinder block with a short 4x4 piece of wood on it to get the wheels off the floor.... other than that it stays on the ground. I suppose in a pinch I can use my three wooden ramps to put the trike into the back of the truck then back up to one of the stone walls on my property, and put the ramps from the truck to the wall and roll the trike out onto the ramps to be able to get under it.
