Nice left handle bar switches for 250es and possibley 250sx?

I'm pretty sure I could make an adapter to mate these up with a 250es/sx, or cut the connectors off and replace them. Other auctions have them at around $75 or so. I'm a bit short on cash atm so can't really buy and test right now.

Has anyone attempted this before? I would expect Honda kept the same switch setup and wire color scheme.

I tried this, everything works, except the engine stop switch on the trx 300 is opposite,(Normally closed in the run position), while the sx and es switch is normally open in the run position. So, if you don't mind the engine switch being off for the engine to run, it's a great substitute.

Thanks for the info, I was really hoping they would be the same . I have been trying to find an alternative and adapt as needed. Pretty much every machine I have have that part faded pretty bad. Besides that I'm sure others would be interested if a newer model would work of some sort. Next closest setup I could find is the ones with the electronic shift setup, but I would guess the engine kill switch would be the same way.
