yes its definitely missing a few things. but the cylinder fins look like they taper out as it goes up and I was wondering if it was a bigger cylinder?

stock cylinder. DG heads will only fit the stock 6 stud cylinders. Will not fit 7 stud 300R cylinder or wide 6 stud Mugen 360 cylinders.

you may find some port work inside the cylinder, but judging by the stock exhaust, i wouldnt get my hopes up

whats the story on that bike?

That is a CR250 Gold DG head, I have the same one on my 84R it's identical to the ATC one, but they aren't labeled DG performance on the underside. The CR head actually provides more clearance by the air fins(exhaust side) and you can fit a bigger exhaust(ironically I have a old school DG exhaust and it won't fit the 84R with a ATC DG gold head, but it will fit with the CR250 head??? Both are DG products though. Also, the CR head has the angle cutout on the fins by the rear left when sitting on the bike.

Manbearpig is a great person to deal with by the way.
