    Pull start problems?

My 200 Es Big red is giving me problems.. I can't manage to get the pull rope to catch, Anyone know how I can fix It? I recently had to change out the pull rope. I have it all wound and it retracts itself, Just can't get my clip to catch the crank. I don't have most of the electric pieces, I bought it cheap because I loved riding the one my Dad had. I haven't had luck in finding a key slot or many of the parts, Just been relying on the pull rope.

Try dratv.com for parts. They have all the small parts for a good price. Sounds like it's time to crack it open and check everything again. Are your dogs or cage worn out? Maybe your springs?
    Do you have a manual?

Never would have guessed, but the actuator spring rusted and well... disintegrated. Know what I could do to fix? or alternative?

I have an actuator spring, you can have if you want, pm me your address and I'll get it in the mail tomorrow. let me know if there is anything else out of the pull start that you need the actuator and the drum on this one are bad, the drum is still useable, but has an enlarged hole where the rope goes through.
