The specs page for the 84 Kaw. Tecate for the carb is a Keihin VM32SS and I have a Mikuni on mine. None of the Kaw. or Honda's came with that Mikuni carb by looking at the specs page. I seen that Suzuki came with that carb from te factory.

Mostly Yamaha's have Mikuni's. But that may be an aftermarket carb or something.

I havent checked my manual but Im pretty sure that the 84 tecate came with a mikuni carb. I double check and post again.---Joe
The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

My 86 has a mikuni, I've been told that they came with both
