I read somewhere this would work but I have not tried it to verify (my 86 is still scattered around the garage):

I just went through this on my X. I ended up using a 250r master cyl I had laying around. Rebuild kits are cheep and available for them. Just had to run a drill through the existing holes on the cyl to take the threads out.

I still can find any cheaper kits? I need two of them. I'm being a tight azz if they were 20ea I would have ordered already
