I've drop 18" rear tire on my 'x and now I would like to change the rear sprocket for a smaller unit because I losted way to much top-end. I would like it to act like when it was on 22" tires. How many thoot would you recomend me? Thanks.

13 tooth on the front and a 37 tooth on the back should get you close

You didn't mention the year. First gen and second gen will require different gearing to achieve the same results. I believe shortline is making a recommendation for a first gen, in this case I agree.
Do yourself a favor and get the largest front sprocket you can fit(13T for 83-85), then ride it. You might be happy enough with just that. Also keep in mind that some gearing combos will require a chain that is not stock length.
I run 14/35 on my 1st gen with 19's, but the engine is not a Honda.

I have a '85 200x. If I run 13T front sprocket will I be okay with the stock chain?
Don't let that bug ya. Just get a chain with more links, the price won't hurt you......
I suggest running 18's on a track or sand dune only or the rims take a beating and you have 0 suspension help with a short sidewall.
Or, buy very expensive bead-lock tough rims for it. Mine get beat up pretty bad, I try to stick to MX only.
I smash them back in shape with a big plasticand I'm good.......
EDIT, also, I run non o-ring chains on smaller motors like a 200X, It does tax the motor if you run an o-ring chain. Just keep upwards with the maintenance (chain lube or 80/90 gear oil ) I have used in a pinch......

How are you running a 14t on a 1st gen X motor? Pretty sure I tried and either it didn't work at all or the case saver wouldn't fit, can't quite remember.
I agree with Dirtcrasher on using non-oring chain on small displacement 4 strokes. I do believe a stock chain fits with just the front at 13t. Still it is best to buy a new chain, an I always buy 4 or 5 120link chains at a time so I have all my toys covered when needed. Kinda easy for me since I sell chains and sprockets.
I don't have much luck finding rear gears for the 1st gen.
I'll try running a 13T front on it. I guess it'll be like running 20" on stock gearing?!
Interesting read hearing what everybody runs. I've had similar results with both of my 200X's. Would agree chain is chain, price isn't a big deal if you need to buy half-link and add.
Personally I run stock front sprockets on 20" rear maxxis razr and sedonna bazooka on both of mine. Tried the whole 18" rear stuff... wasn't a fan but if that works for you that's cool. Rear sprocket I bought PBI 35 tooth. Obviously top-end speed is higher than stock gearing even with 20". So I'd buy a 35 rear, just my 2 cents.
