    Question 125M electric starter help

    I'm rebuilding a Honda ATC 125M and I can't seem to get the electric starter to work, I know the starter works because it is off a functioning motor, I know there is power to the starter because I have checked with my light. When I pull the trike over by hand it has a very big blue spark at the spark plug but I can't figure out the electric starter. It is only one wire and the unit grounds itself out. I have connected the starter to battery booster and it runs so I know it works. But I noticed that my starter driven gear (Flywheel) does to rotate it seems to be stuck. Which would explain why the starter isn't rotating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

    I'm not a 125 specialist but it sounds like the one way starter clutch is locked up.
