    1980 Honda ATC Coil Wire

    This might be elementary to some of you folks but I need a little help. The coil wire pulled out of the coil on my 1980 ATC 185. All that's left on the coil is a threaded stud. Can I just screw the wire back on to the stud? Do I need a new coil? Thanks

    nope, just screw it back in... use some dielectric grease if you have some also!

    Might be best to cut a quarter inch off the end if the wire to make sure there is a good electrical connection and that it is tight. It may have come off because it had worn loose.
