If you modify the oil pick up it would be fine but good luck with that.

if you ran some kind of scavenge pump, maybe a oil res' too. what are you looking to do.

The oil pump is at the front of the crankcase, near cylinder on clutch side. Tipping it up would take the oil far from it and burn up the top end
