I would say no. I use a special material designed for leather and vinyl, but it needs to cut on a vinyl plotter and applied at 320 degrees with medium pressure. I have done spare tire covers and have plans to do a seat cover, I have done one but did not ride on it yet. Household Iron get to about 210.
