I picked one of these up a couple months back off craigslist. Mine is missing 1/2 the handlebar, side engine cover, and the foot pegs. Would be cool to try and get it running but cant find a lot of info about these things.

I've encountered the same thing. No information or online instruction manual available. Only thing I thought of was to contact testors themselves.

I've even been just trying to find someone who owned one that could help out with some questions.

Also if anyone bids on the first one linked, the pull cord handle broke and its retracted inside. I talked to the owner. So the motor may be locked up.
