    Brake/Clutch Levers

What kind of brake and clutch levers have you guys had success with? Wanting to get a replacement clutch lever as I got rid of my park brake on my 85 250r and the current one is floppy and would like to get a matching brake lever (preferably a shorty). inputs would be great, thanks

I like MSR clutch perch on eBay for around $30 US. All machines I own and ride have OEM Master cylinders so nothing to offer there.

They are nice. Even nicer than Brembo levers. There are some that cost less than others. I got a pair for my bike for under $80 bucks. They aren't the vented, colored ones you see for $$$$$$ but they have two adjustments each, one on each that can be adjusted on the fly. They fold backwards and have steel pivot inserts. Adjustment is almost endless and they have no slop or rattles.

I have an MSR clutch lever assembly with the short lever and the bearings in the lever and I really like it. It feels very solid compared to other sets that I've had.

I do not have a parking brake on my 83 200x, and the perch and clutch lever wobbled and had a lot of play and I could never get the clutch to feel right.
X2 on what Mr clean and dmfaulks85 said. I bought a 30 dollar MSR clutch perch and lever and I had it installed in 5 minutes. Probably the best upgrade you could ever do for under 30 dollars as far as controls go, no slop and I had it adjusted in seconds, what a GREAT buy. Would I recommend them to a friend? Heck yes!!

Yes clutch levers are pretty much universal.
