TRX250 heads will swap, but Honda shows the 250X as being different. The gasket is different too, so that doesn't look good. Not sure if the difference is just the part number, however. 300ex heads swap with the 250X, nd their P/N's are different, for what its worth.
Hopefully someone else will chime in.
