Although not an aftermarket option, the xr200 cam from Honda is aa affordable and significant improvement over the stock cam. A common aftermarket choice for the 200 Honda series is the 40b webcam. Search also, megacycle roller cams. I bbelieve member 'ironchop' did utilize and review the megacycle cam, which is a bit spendy and requires other mods, on this website.

An XR200 cam will work. Webcamshafts and Megacycle both offer the xr200 cam.

I have this laying around somewhere if you need it. I believe it is 200s.
